The Compensation Policy Committee endorses a strong equity ownership policy for all Host employees and Board members. The Committee believes that such a policy supports the alignment of the board and stockholders interests. All non-employee directors will be subject to the following equity ownership guidelines:
Guidelines
- Non-Employee directors will retain all forms of equity compensation received from Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. until termination of service from the Board of Directors.
- A description of this policy will be included in the compensation policy committee report in the annual Proxy Statement.
