Consistent with our EPIC values and commitment to social responsibility, we are dedicated to being a good corporate citizen and supporting our local communities through our charitable giving program.

Each year, we support communities through strategic and industry collaborations, sponsorships, financial contributions, emergency relief and volunteerism. We support organizations that directly align with our corporate responsibility strategy and focus areas, our business priorities, as well as the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and causes that our employees care about.

In order to be considered for support, organizations must be a tax-exempt, charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.

All applicants must provide the following as part of the application process:

  • A valid 501(c)(3) Determination Letter
  • W9 Form
  • GuideStar Profile
  • Form 990
  • Audited financial statements

 

 

RESTRICTIONS

Host does not provide charitable contributions for:

  • Individuals
  • Loans of money for any purpose
  • Organizations that foster or practice discrimination on any basis, including race, creed, color, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, handicap or national origin
  • Religious; fraternal and labor organizations that are not open to the community or broader public
  • Sole or substantial sponsorship of single performances, contests or exhibitions by cultural or sports groups
  • Retirement of mortgages or accumulated operating debts. Similarly, the company will not contribute funds for projects or events that have already been completed
  • Payment to government officials
  • Organizations without a Federal tax-exempt number
