Corporate Giving

Consistent with our EPIC values and commitment to social responsibility, we are dedicated to being a good corporate citizen and supporting our local communities through our charitable giving program.

Each year, we support communities through strategic and industry collaborations, sponsorships, financial contributions, emergency relief and volunteerism. We support organizations that directly align with our corporate responsibility strategy and focus areas, our business priorities, as well as the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and causes that our employees care about.

Giving Categories

Children and youth education, empowerment and career development—including mentorships, scholarships, entrepreneurship and workforce readiness.

Environmental sustainability and the conservation, restoration and protection of natural capital.

Promoting physical, mental and social health and well-being for various populations and communities, as well as disaster relief.

Supporting vulnerable populations as well as underserved, at-risk and disadvantaged communities; and protecting, promoting and advancing diversity, equality and inclusion.

Our EPIC Values

Central to all that we do is our EPIC values — Excellence, Partnership, Integrity and Community. Believing in and being committed to bringing these values to life is what differentiates us as we strive to continue being a top employer.

Corporate Responsibility Themes

Through our giving and evaluation criteria, we aim to further support and align with our focus areas and Corporate Responsibility strategic framework, which follows three themes. This framework informs the integration of sustainability and social responsibility into our business and guides our engagement with our communities.

We are investing in solutions that conserve and restore natural capital to assist Host in mitigating climate change and biodiversity impacts, with the goal of achieving best-in-class returns.

We are committed to advancing health, well-being and opportunity for all Host stakeholders, including investors, employees, partners and communities.

Our responsible investment strategies are guided by executive and board-level oversight, our EPIC values and ethical standards, and a disciplined approach to risk management and sustainable value creation.
