  • 19 LEED projects in the pipeline across 18 properties, supporting green bond strategy
  • 145+ EV chargers installed at over 35 hotels

Illikai Villas


Installed a rooftop solar PV array on the new villas development which generates over 45% of the building's electricity usage and aligns with our green bond allocation strategy as the villas are pending LEED Silver certification.



Applied leading sustainable design and construction principles, including a rooftop PV array, and achieved LEED Silver certification at this ground-up development on an underutilized parking lot.
