Last week, Host welcomed investors to tour three of our iconic and irreplaceable resorts in southwest Florida. Investors and analysts joined our management team to see the new transformation at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, which combined a comprehensive renovation of the existing resort with the addition of the new 74-key Vanderbilt tower. The renovation included a re-imagined lobby, lobby bar, expanded club lounge, new pools, cabanas, bungalows, and a pool-side F&B outlet with a bar. Attendees also toured Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa to see the unique resort offerings, including a private island accessible via complimentary boat shuttles. In addition, attendees saw The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón where we added a waterpark and poolside F&B outlet to distinguish the resort within the marketplace and drive operating performance.
