Host has been recognized for excellence in sustainability leadership by being named as one of the world’s most sustainable companies in S&P Global’s 2024 Sustainability Yearbook, a climate change leader by CDP and an ESG Top-Rated Company by Sustainalytics.

S&P GLOBAL'S SUSTAINABILITY YEARBOOK INCLUSION
For the fifth year in a row, we were designated as one of the world’s most sustainable companies in S&P Global’s Sustainability Yearbook. Host was one of only nine U.S. real estate companies included in the 2024 Yearbook, scoring within the top 15% of companies in its industry. CDP CLIMATE CHANGE LEADER 
Host was once again named to CDP’s Leadership band, marking our 11th time as a Climate Change Leader. Achieving an A-, Host was recognized for implementing current best practices to mitigate climate risks and manage environmental impacts based on our climate disclosure in 2023. Over 23,000 companies around the world disclosed data through CDP in 2023, including listed companies representing two thirds of global market capitalization. Host was included in Sustainalytics 2024 ESG Top-Rated Companies List and recognized as an ESG Regional Top-Rated Company based on Sustainalytics’ ESG Risk Rating score, distinguishing us as a top performer within North America. Host received a “Low Risk” rating, ranking within the top 25% of the global Real Estate industry (#264 out of 1,052) and within the top 7% of the global universe of over 15,000 companies across 42 industries.
