Host Named One of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies in S&P Global’s 2026 Sustainability Yearbook

02/26/2026

Host has been recognized for sustainability leadership in S&P Global’s 2026 Sustainability Yearbook by being named as one of the world’s most sustainable companies for the seventh consecutive year.

More than 9,200 companies that participated in the 2025 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA)—the annual evaluation of sustainability practices that serves as the basis for the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices—were considered for inclusion. Only 848 top-performing companies, across 59 industries, earned a spot in this year's Yearbook.

Yearbook Highlights:

  • One of only 12 U.S. real estate investment trusts (REITs) included in the 2026 Yearbook
  • Top 10% distinction in the global REIT industry and the top U.S. REIT based on our relative 2025 S&P Global CSA score of 73/100 (as of February 11, 2026)

This recognition reflects our continued commitment to creating long-term value through investing responsibly in our business, environment, people, and community.
