Host has once again been recognized for its leadership in sustainability, earning inclusion in the annual Dow Jones Best-in-Class (DJ BIC) World and North America Indices. 

This year marks Host’s seventh consecutive year on the DJ BIC World Index and ninth consecutive year on the DJ BIC North America Index.

In this year's results, Host achieved several distinctions:

• Ranked #3 globally in the real estate sector in a three-way tie
• One of only two North American real estate companies included in the DJ BIC World Index
• One of seven real estate companies included in the DJ BIC North America Index, where Host ranked #1 in the North America real estate sector

The continued recognition reflects Host’s long-standing commitment to responsible investment, transparency and creating long-term value through environmental stewardship, social impact and strong governance practices.

The annual indices, published by S&P Dow Jones Indices, recognize companies for sustainability performance based on the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), an annual evaluation of environmental, social and governance practices.
