The Singer Oceanfront Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton has achieved LEED Silver® Interior Design and Construction (LEED ID+C) certification following its transformational renovation and rebrand. This achievement reflects Host’s continued investment in sustainable, resilient and high-performing properties across our portfolio.

Inspired by the Spanish Revival style that defines South Florida architecture, the renovation reimagined 223 guest rooms and suites, the lobby and common areas, integrating sustainability throughout the design and guest experience. 

Key Sustainability Features:

• Energy efficiency: 55% reduction in baseline energy consumption through installation of LED lighting 
• Water stewardship: 31% reduction in indoor water use through low-flow fixtures and other water efficient technologies 
• Waste reduction: 98% construction waste diverted from landfill during the renovation
• Health and well-being: 
  - High-quality, low VOC materials used to support indoor air quality and occupant respiratory health
  - 76% of regularly occupied square footage has direct access to daylight, enhancing the guest experience
